We know that you have specific criteria that go beyond how much you want to spend and the number of bedrooms you need. That’s why we provide detailed property information and our viewings are accompanied and at times to suit you, including evenings and weekends. We live here, so we’re likely to know the answers to most, if not all of your queries about the local area and property, such as local school information, transport links and suppliers.

Our website features Google Street View, interactive map searching and apps for iPhone, iPad and Android. As a tenant you can also report maintenance issues online and keep up to date with us on Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr

We know that fees can be a significant issue. That’s why we charge a £100 one-off fee per person that covers all of your administration, full referencing, the registration and administration of your deposit and a regularly updated and legally compliant Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. We will not charge you renewal or recurring annual fees. The only additional fee you may be expected to pay will be for the independent check in and inventory of your chosen property and even this is included with properties we personally manage. We believe these fees are transparent and on a like-for-like basis, the most competitive available.

We are members of the National Approved Lettings Service (NALS). This means that we are regulated, work to defined standards and are bound by an independent complaints redress system operated by The Property Ombudsman. We have professional indemnity insurance and client money protection cover. NALS is supported by BPF, RICS, ARLA, NAEA, The Guild of Letting and Management and the Chartered Institute of Housing.

All Vine Lettings staff live, work and play in the Sevenoaks area. We know the town and its people and the high standards set by local businesses. We eat, drink, shop and send our child to school here. This is our home and we love it.

All private landlords and letting agents taking deposits for Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) in England and Wales are required to safeguard them with a Government-authorized tenancy deposit protection scheme. Vine Lettings will register all deposits with the government authorized and custodial Deposit Protection Service.
