We know that finding good tenants won’t happen by chance and that you want to guard against the possibility of arrears and damage as much as possible. That’s why we interview all of our applicants and carry out a credit check and professional referencing. We also encourage you to meet and interview your prospective tenants. Although it’s impossible to guarantee there won’t occasionally be difficulties in any tenancy, a good start and a friendly and professional relationship with your tenants will do wonders in the unlikely event of a problem.

We know that large, accumulating or stealth fees are a prominent and significant issue. That’s why ours are transparent, fair and competitive and why we’re prepared to match any local competitor’s fees on a like-for-like basis.

Whilst in our care, maintenance of your property will be carried out on request by a network of approved local specialists and experienced contractors who share our values. This means we won’t charge you additional fees or commission for introducing a contractor or arranging for work to be done and these savings can be passed straight to you.

We aim to provide you with a realistic rental valuation based on local market activity and comparables in order to ensure your property is priced optimally and to guard against void periods.

Our Lettings Manager has four years of hands-on experience in a market-leading, London based agency. Our directors are experienced, business minded landlords and property developers with a number of local renovations to their portfolio and over a decade of experience between them.

We are members of the National Approved Lettings Service (NALS). This means that we are regulated, work to defined standards and are bound by an independent complaints redress system operated by The Property Ombudsman. We have professional indemnity insurance and client money protection cover. NALS is supported by BPF, RICS, ARLA, NAEA, The Guild of Letting and Management and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
