Vine Lettings is based in the Sevenoaks Business Centre who manages our building, lighting and energy. The Business Centre uses local trade’s people for day-to-day maintenance and a local business maintains its gas fired boilers. Sevenoaks Council provides paper recycling facilities.

Vine Lettings employs a local board management company in Tonbridge who serve other Sevenoaks estate and lettings agents. The benefit is fewer car journeys to erect and remove our boards and the re-use of the white posts displaying our boards because our board company manage their own stock of posts and fixing equipment. Using a common board company also means that they understand how people feel about board clustering and eye-sores.

Vine Lettings staff walk to appointments wherever possible. Bicycles are our second choice and using the car is our last choice.
